PorchFestKC returns for another year of fabulous music — presented from the front porches of some of Midtown Kansas City’s most beautiful neighborhoods. Bands and performers from all over the region will be showcasing a dozen different genres of music. Enjoy them all in a single afternoon.
Bring your lawn chair (and your friends!) and join us on the front lawns. Wander from porch-to-porch all afternoon. A little bluegrass right here — some Latin down the street — a bit of R&B around the corner. All free. All ages. All amazing.
Incredible food trucks will be available in both neighborhoods.
This is a free event. We do ask, however, that everyone please come with a pocket full of small bills, and tip every band you see! Bands play solely for tips. If everyone does a little, it means a tremendous amount!
