Amado Espinoza, from Bolivia, is a unique composer/performing artist/educator specializing in the Bolivian Charango. He also builds custom-made native instruments from all parts of the globe. Amado has been seen on TEDxKC, TEDxYouth, and is the 2017 Charlotte St. Foundation Performing Arts Fellow. Along with his wife, Karen Lisondra, he co-directed and composed a theatrical production called We are the Landscape, and The Storytelling Project at UMKC’s.
ouwebsj64.sg-host.comHe is joined by his musical brother, Andres Ramirez, from Mexico, who is also a proctector of indigenous ideals. He is director of Capulli Iskali, a Meshica dance group, and is the percussionist for Trio Aztlan.
